Who is responsible

The controller of your data is WISERWIRES S.R.L., CUI 38802745, J12/368/2018, Strada Constantin Nottara 44C, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Write to contact@wiserwires.com with any question about your data.

What we collect

Only what you send us, plus the minimum technical data needed to run the site:

• Contact form: your name, email address, project type, company (optional), your message and the language of the page.
• Email: anything you write to contact@wiserwires.com.
• Phone: calls to +40 373 806 892 are answered by an AI assistant. We receive your phone number and the details you give during the call (name, company, contact details, what you need). The call is not recorded as audio; a written transcript is kept for 90 days.
• Website chat: the messages you type to the AI assistant on wiserwires.com, and any contact details you give in it. Conversations are kept for 90 days; the chat sets no cookies and keeps the conversation only in your browser tab.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser details are processed by our hosting provider to deliver and protect the site.
• Visit statistics: aggregated page views from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you.

Why, and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal — steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To keep the site secure and understand how it is used in aggregate — our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers, which process data on our behalf under their GDPR data processing terms:

• Cloudflare — hosting, security and visit statistics.
• Resend — delivery of contact-form, phone and chat enquiries to our mailbox.
• Twilio — our phone number and call routing.
• ElevenLabs — the AI phone assistant and call transcripts.
• Dify, self-hosted on our own server in the EU — the website chat assistant and its conversations.
• Anthropic — the AI model that writes the chat and phone assistants’ replies.
• Google Workspace — our email.

Transfers outside the EU

Some of these providers may process data in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer and follow up, and for up to 24 months after our last exchange. If you become a client, contract and invoicing records are kept for the periods required by Romanian law.

Cookies

wiserwires.com does not set cookies and does not use advertising or tracking tools.

If you use the chat, your conversation is kept in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab, because the chat needs it to work.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to contact@wiserwires.com; we reply within one month.

Complaints

You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro), or to the authority in your country of residence.
