Case study · Web & iPhone app · Calls and leads
AlloMap: every call to a repair business, recorded, understood and filed.

01
The challenge
ZoomInSEO works with repair businesses (heating, plumbing, locksmiths, electricians) that take calls from several websites and phone numbers. Almost everything starts on the phone, and almost everything said on the phone was lost when the call ended.
The losses were always the same four: missed calls nobody returned, addresses and fault codes kept in someone’s head, no way to tell which website made the phone ring, and the same customer recorded three times. Call-centre software exists, but it is built for agents at desks, not for a tradesperson answering from the van.
02
What we built
-
A call pipeline that does the typing
Every call is recorded, transcribed word for word in French and analysed by AI: the need, the urgency, the town, the website it came from and whether the caller is already known. A summary, a callback, a deal or an appointment is created from it automatically.
-
A web app built around “Today”
The home screen answers one question: who to call back first. Call records show the summary and a transcript where clicking any word replays the recording at that moment. Callbacks open and close on their own, repeat calls update the existing deal instead of creating a duplicate, and statistics show calls by day, trade and website. French and English, light and dark mode.
-
Towns that are never invented
Town names are often misheard on the phone. AlloMap only picks from the official list of French municipalities (INSEE), always shows its confidence, and takes a one-click correction into account. Every night it also checks which websites display which numbers, so each call is linked to the site it came from.

An iPhone app for the van
In developmentA native SwiftUI app in French: today’s work, calls with recordings, summaries and towns, and web-form leads, through the same secured API as the web app. It includes a demo account with invented data for reviews and client demos.
