LeadPulse: an AI assistant that answers every enquiry first, on every channel.
Our own product. Phone calls, website chat, forms, social messages and Google reviews land in one place; the assistant replies in seconds and the owner only handles what needs a person.

01
Why we built it
Small service businesses live on enquiries, and enquiries arrive everywhere at once: the phone rings during a job, WhatsApp and Facebook messages pile up, website forms and Google reviews wait for an answer. Speed decides who wins the customer: in the research behind “The Short Life of Online Sales Leads”, firms that contacted a lead within an hour were about seven times more likely to qualify it than those that waited longer [1].
Many customers would rather write than call. In Romania, WhatsApp alone is used by most internet users [2]. So the owner either keeps five apps open all day, or answers in the evening, when the customer has already picked someone else.
We had already built this for one trade: a platform for medical practices with an AI receptionist, website chat and a social inbox. LeadPulse turns that work into one product for any business that runs on enquiries, following the transparency rule the EU AI Act sets for systems that talk to people [3].

What we built
-
One register for every channel
Every call, chat, form, message and review becomes a contact with one timeline of conversations and requests. Everything goes through a single ingest function, so a request looks the same wherever it came from, and the report can compare channels fairly.
-
Assistants that answer first, and say they are AI
An AI receptionist on a dedicated phone number, a website chat that answers from the business’s own information, and drafted replies to messages and reviews. Each assistant says it is an AI from the first line, never invents prices or promises, notes what the customer needs and hands over to a person when it should.
-
The owner’s day, organised
A morning summary of what came in overnight, then a short list of decisions: a booking to confirm, a reply to approve, a customer to call. Quiet hours for notifications, calendar sync with Google, Microsoft and iCloud, and a monthly report by channel.
-
One platform, many trades
Niche packs set the vocabulary, request types and assistant instructions for each trade, from car services and diagnostics to digital agencies. Workspaces hold several brands, locations and channels, with row-level security per workspace and 1,114 automated database tests.
-
A product site in three languages
leadpulse.eu in Romanian, English and French, with a protected demo request form and legal pages written for the product: privacy, data processing agreement and subprocessors.

Status, October 2026: the app and leadpulse.eu are live, and Wiserwires is the first workspace. Its phone line, website chat and contact form already feed the register. WhatsApp, SMS, billing and the next pilots come after the burn-in.

What’s next
A two-week burn-in on the Wiserwires workspace: no enquiry lost, checked against the email notifications that still arrive in parallel.
Then WhatsApp through Meta’s official sign-up flow, SMS, billing and self-serve onboarding, and the first pilots in the car-service niche.
